JOB LOCATION: Navy Town Ojo, Amuwo Odofin, Lagos

JOB DUTIES / DESCRIPTION

• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals and drive growth. 
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and process optimization. 
• Lead and manage technical and support teams to maintain high performance and productivity. 
• Ensures client issues are promptly addressed, meeting service-level agreements (SLAs) and maintaining high customer satisfaction. 
• Ensures adherence to industry standards and mitigate operational risks through effective risk management.

QUALIFICATION / TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor\'s in Business Administration, IT, or related field. 
• Several years in operations management, preferably in web hosting or tech industries. 
• Strong knowledge of web hosting technologies, server management, and regulatory compliance. 
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and make strategic decisions. 
• Strong financial and analytical skills for budgeting, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
