Junior Account Officer at Berrymart Integrated Services Limited

Responsibilities

• Stock count and preparation of stock count report
• Preparation of corporate customer payment request
• Preparation of stock receipt schedule and posting on the software
• Reconciliation of customer ledger on the software
• Update daily sales record for monthly management report
• Prepare and process statutory - PAYEE, VAT & WHT
• Raising of customer invoice on the software
• Preparation and posting stock requisition and returns on the software
• Computation and preparation of debtor's list
• Update debt recovering plan
• Reconciliation of sales supervisor's balance on the software
• Assist and work with the Finance Manager in financial reporting, analysis and forecast

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, or related field preferred
• 3 years’ experience in similar role
• Ability to use accounting software
• Work location is Surulere - Lagos.
