Junior Account Officer at Boctrust Microfinance Bank

Responsibilities

• Onboarding of new customers, building and nurturing relationships with clients, addressing inquires,and providing financial advice and solutions tailored to their needs.
• Deposit Mobilization
• Generate and send investment advice and maturity schedules to investors periodically.
• Overseeing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with financials regulations and policies.

Requirements

• HND / BSc in Marketing, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year post qualification experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
