    Junior Cloud Sales Officer

    Responsibilities:

    Sales Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and sales targets for cloud solutions.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the cloud computing market.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients and partners.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored cloud solutions to meet those
    • needs.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and
    • resolving issues promptly.

    Market Analysis and Reporting:

    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
    • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

    Product Knowledge and Expertise:

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest cloud technologies and services offered by Cybercloud Platform Limited.
    • Demonstrate in-depth understanding of cloud solutions and their applications to various industries.

    Team Collaboration and Support:

    • Collaborate with the sales team to set targets, monitor progress, and achieve sales goals.
    • Provide support and assistance to junior sales team members.
    • Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and product development,
    • to align strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in cloud sales or IT sales, preferably within the cloud computing sector.
