    • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in electrical technologies, including energy efficient lighting systems, renewable energy integration, and smart building technologies.
    • Conduct power system studies (load analysis, short circuit analysis) to ensure system capacity and safety.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams to ensure proper installation and testing of electrical systems.

Real Estate & Industrial Knowledge (Preferred):

    • Demonstrate a strong understanding of electrical design considerations specific to real estate development, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
    • If you have experience in industrial electrical systems, you'll be a valuable asset, with expertise in designing reliable and efficient power systems for industrial facilities and water treatment plants.
    • Apply your knowledge of relevant building codes and safety regulations (e.g., National Building Code of Nigeria) to ensure all electrical systems comply with industry standards.

    Project Management & Communication:

    • Effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.
    • Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
    • Prepare technical reports, specifications, and project documentation to a high standard.

    Collaboration & Teamwork:

    • Work collaboratively with other members of the MEP engineering team, architects, and other disciplines to achieve optimal project outcomes.
    • Foster a positive and productive work environment, providing mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
