    Junior Marketing Personnel

    Job Description:

    As a Marketing Executive Assistant at NoemDek Limited, you will play a vital role in assisting the company's Transport Sales department in optimizing overall performance. You will be responsible for coordinating marketing activities, managing administrative tasks, and assisting in the execution of marketing strategies. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
    2. Contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies.
    3. Collaborate on digital marketing campaign learnings & reporting.
    4. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
    5. Monitor and analyze market/consumer trends and brand performance.
    6. Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote the success of activities and enhance the company’s presence.
    7. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other marketing-related documents.
    8. Proofread and edit marketing content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
    9. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
    10. Compile and present data on market trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.
    11. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

    Requirements

    1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    2. The ideal candidate can be a recent graduate who has completed the NYSC programme.
    3. Proven work experience in a marketing support role or similar position.
    4. Good knowledge of MS Office Suite.
    5. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    8. Proactive mindset with a strong desire to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
    9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
    10. Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices is a plus.
