    Junior Operations Officer

    Job Summary: 

    The Junior Operations Officer will assist in coordinating and optimizing daily operational tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes. This role involves supporting senior operations staff, coordinating various tasks, and contributing to the overall productivity and organization of the company. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Assist in the management of daily operational activities. 
    • Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless operations.
    • Maintain and update operational records, including inventory levels, production schedules, and quality control documentation.
    • Monitor supply chain activities, ensuring the timely procurement of materials and supplies.
    • Support senior operations staff in implementing and improving operational procedures.
    • Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
    • Respond to internal and external inquiries related to operations.
    • Identify and suggest improvements to existing operational processes.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 

    Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
    • Experience in an operational or administrative role, preferably in the manufacturing or furniture industry.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
    • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
