    Key Account Manager (Modern Trade)

    Overview:

    As the Key Account Manager for Tier 1 - Tier 3 Supermarkets,\r\nyou will be directly responsible for acquiring new accounts, managing and\r\nenhancing relationships with existing supermarket chains, and ensuring the successful\r\nlisting and sales of our products. Your focus will be on operational excellence,\r\ndelivering on joint business plans, and overseeing in-store execution to\r\nmaintain high standards and achieve sales targets.

    Key\r\nResponsibilities:

    Account\r\nAcquisition and Management:

    • Identify potential supermarket chains for\r\npartnership and effectively secure new accounts.
    • Maintain and grow relationships with existing\r\naccounts, understanding their business needs and operational processes.
    • Develop and implement joint business plans that\r\nalign with the supermarkets\' goals and our company\'s objectives.

    Sales Execution:

    • Drive the listing process for new products in\r\nsupermarket chains, ensuring wide visibility and availability.
    • Coordinate with supermarkets to launch promotional\r\ncampaigns that drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
    • Monitor sales performance across various stores\r\nand chains, adjusting tactics in real-time to meet sales targets.

    In-store Execution\r\nOversight:

    • Work closely with merchandising teams to ensure\r\nthat our products are displayed prominently and according to agreed standards.
    • Oversee the implementation of in-store promotions\r\nand ensure that they are executed as planned, maximizing impact and visibility.
    • Regularly visit supermarket chains to audit\r\nexecution, address any issues, and ensure compliance with \'perfect store\'\r\nstandards.

    Cross-functional\r\nTeam Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with brand heads and marketing to\r\ntailor promotions and marketing materials that suit each supermarket\'s customer\r\nbase and sales strategy.
    • Liaise with logistics to ensure timely delivery\r\nof products and resolve any supply chain issues swiftly.
    • Communicate effectively with all internal\r\nstakeholders to keep them informed of account statuses, challenges, and\r\nopportunities

    Preferred\r\nQualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,\r\nMarketing, or related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in sales or\r\naccount management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
    • Strong operational and execution skills, with a\r\nproven ability to manage and grow key accounts.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal\r\nskills, adept at building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and\r\npriorities effectively, with meticulous attention to detail.
