    Key Stage 2 Teachers

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking dedicated and passionate Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teachers to join our vibrant and supportive team.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students aged 5-7 years, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of all students.
    • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to promote academic growth.
    • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages students to achieve their full potential.
    • Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
    • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and guardians to support student learning and well-being.
    • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievements, and progress.
    • Conducts formative and summative assessments in a very effective and efficient manner.
    • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
    • Adhere to school policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring a consistent and respectful approach to discipline and behaviour management.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
    • Experience teaching in a Key Stage 2 setting is preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and assessment standards.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Commitment to continuous professional development.

    • Creative and innovative in lesson planning and delivery.
    • Empathetic and patient, with a strong ability to build positive relationships with students.
