    Lead, Funding Advisor, JV Investment

    Objectives

    • Ensure JV monthly cashcall reviews, ensuring strict application of self funding, management of cashcall secretariat
    • Interface with all internal and external cashcom members as well as administration of AF (MCA, EF, RA etc.) & reconciliation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate information regarding the financial status of the cost center.
    • Assist with allotment and expense projections, and prepares a variety of operational and financial reports and spreadsheets.
    • Provide timely and regular reports on the activities of the Department to Manager, Planning.
    • Ensure the capacity development of direct reports, through coaching and other learning methods, for career growth, optimal productivity and performance.
    • Provide regular, formal and informal, feedback on identified gaps of direct reports’ performance and recommend appropriate solutions.
    • Provide timely, quality and regular reports on assigned activities to the Deputy Manager JV Funding Administration.

    Educational Qualification

    • Bachelor’s degree in Pure/Applied Science, or any of the Business/Social Sciences/Management Sciences discipline.
    • A master’s degree is an added advantage.
    • Professional qualification and membership of at least one professional body e.g. PMI, SPE, NAPE, NIM, NSE etc.

    • Mastery of Client engagement skills
    • Advanced Entrepreneurial skills

    Experience

    • Minimum of 9 years relevant post qualification experience. Experience in the oil and gas industry will be an added advantage.

    Age Limit: 37 years
