    Learning Program Associate

    Position Overview

    • The Learning Program Associate at our Learning Institute is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development programs. This role includes overseeing the creation of training content, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that all learning initiatives align with the institute's educational objectives. The Learning Program Associate plays a crucial role in enhancing participants' skills, driving performance improvement, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

    Key Responsibilities
    Program Development and Management:

    • Design and develop innovative learning programs and training initiatives based on the institute's educational goals.
    • Manage the end-to-end process of program delivery, from planning and development to execution and evaluation.
    • Ensure learning programs are aligned with the institute's objectives and meet the needs of diverse learners.

    Content Creation:

    • Develop and curate engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant and up-to-date content.
    • Utilize various instructional design methodologies to enhance learning effectiveness.

    Training Delivery:

    • Oversee the delivery of training sessions, ensuring they are engaging and impactful.
    • Facilitate training programs, both in-person and virtually, as needed.
    • Train and support internal trainers and facilitators to ensure consistent delivery.

    Assessment and Evaluation:

    • Develop assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of learning programs.
    • Analyze training outcomes and gather feedback to continuously improve learning initiatives.
    • Report on training metrics and program effectiveness to senior management.

    Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Work closely with academic departments, faculty, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and priorities.
    • Foster strong relationships with external training providers and consultants.
    • Act as a liaison between the learning function and other parts of the institute.

    Conference and Event Management:

    • Plan, organize, and manage conferences, seminars, and large-scale training events.
    • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, speaker arrangements, and participant registrations.
    • Ensure successful execution of events that enhance learning and networking opportunities.

    Budget Management:

    • Manage the budget for learning and development programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
    • Monitor expenditures and make adjustments to stay within budget constraints.

    Technology Integration:

    • Leverage learning management systems (LMS) and other technologies to enhance program delivery.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the learning and development field.

    Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay abreast of industry best practices and incorporate them into the learning strategy.
    • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the institute.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance program effectiveness.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Learning and Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in learning and development, with at least 1 years in a managerial role.
    • Proven experience in organizing conferences, seminars, and large-scale training events.
    • Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
    • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    • Experience with budget management and financial oversight.
