Liaison Intern at Stockgap Fuels Limited

Responsibilities

• Vehicles must be cleaned and documentation up to date.
• Ensure proper filing of all regulatory documents.
• Maintain a conducive working environment.
• Manage the office driver and vehicle usage and ensure adequate maintenance within a planned budget.
• Be an interface between the Company and vendors when required.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in Business Administration or a related role.
• A 2nd class upper graduate is preferred.
• Entry level 0-2 years experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role
• Solid knowledge of office procedures
• Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Graduate from a reputable university
• Previous experience from a reputable organization.
