    Loan Recovery Officers

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a Loan Recovery Officer at a commercial bank in Lagos, Nigeria.
    • The Loan Recovery Officer will be responsible for managing debt collection processes, analyzing financial data, providing excellent customer service, and utilizing interpersonal skills to recover outstanding loans.

    Qualifications

    • Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service
    • Debt Collection and Analytical Skills
    • Finance knowledge
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure
    • BSc/HND 2.2 and below
