Management & Project Control Accountant at Design Union

A real estate development company on Lekki, Lagos requires the services of a professional

JOB SUMMARY

• Preparation of the Company's Business Plans, Budgets and Management Reports for Monthly, quarterly and Annual review of performance.
• Partnering with Business Partners and protecting the Company's margins through control of projects and operational costs, maximizing income and assisting Management to achieve its Earnings objectives.
• Preparation of Project Cash Flows and Monitoring of Projects Receivables / Customers account balances and collections for improvement of the company's Cash flow.
• Maintaining adequate accounting records for Deposits received from Customers / Clients.

REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• B.sc.  (1st or 2nd Class Upper) in Social Sciences or Management
• Qualified Accountant - ACA
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Financial Management, proficiency in Financial and Cost Accounting
• Proficiency in the use of Enterprise wide Accounting Application such as SAGE or SAP, Ms Office packages and Power Point Presentation
