    Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced, organized, and customer-focused Manager to oversee the operations of our guest house. As a Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the overall operations of the guest house, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
    • Lead and manage a team of staff, including front desk officers, housekeepers, and maintenance personnel
    • Ensure exceptional customer service and respond to guest complaints and feedback
    • Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in guest rooms and common areas
    • Coordinate room assignments, check-in/check-out procedures, and guest requests
    • Manage guest house finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
    • Implement marketing and sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
    • Collaborate with owners and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, hotel laws, and company policies
    • Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest experience

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
    • 3+ years of experience in hotel or guest house management
    • Proven track record of success in leading teams and achieving business objectives
    • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
    • Knowledge of hotel management software, financial management, and marketing principles
    • Certification in hospitality or hotel management is an added advantage
