Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and increase sales.
• Manage and create engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Monitor social media trends, analyze data, and make recommendations to optimize campaigns and improve brand visibility.
• Identify and engage with key influencers and brand ambassadors to promote Medas Botanics Skincare.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and persuasive marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and product descriptions.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target markets, and competitor analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and distributors to maximize sales and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events to showcase our products and generate leads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience.
• Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools and content creation software is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
