    Marketing and Vendor Manager

    Job Overview:

    LocaMall is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing and Vendor Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our platform to potential vendors, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of vendor activities on our platform. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Marketing the Platform and Services:

      • Actively market LocaMall’s platform and services to potential vendors.
      • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new vendors.
      • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of the platform.
    2. Sellers Registration and Onboarding:

      • Assist vendors in the registration process on the LocaMall platform.
      • Ensure vendors complete all necessary documentation and compliance requirements.
      • Provide training and support to vendors to help them effectively use the platform.
    3. Managing Vendor Shop Inventories:

      • Monitor and manage inventory levels for vendor shops on the platform.
      • Regularly update inventory records to reflect current stock levels.
      • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely restocking of products.
    4. Product Verification and Quality Control:

      • Verify that products listed on the platform are in excellent condition.
      • Ensure that products match the descriptions and images advertised.
      • Inspect products before shipping to customers to confirm quality and condition.
    5. Order Management and Shipping:

      • Oversee the order fulfillment process to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
      • Coordinate with vendors and logistics providers for shipping arrangements.
      • Resolve any issues related to order discrepancies or product returns.
    6. Vendor Payout Management:

      • Manage the payout process to vendors for their orders.
      • Calculate and disburse payments accurately and on time.
      • Address any payment-related inquiries or issues from vendors.
    7. Miscellaneous Operational Support:

      • Provide support for other miscellaneous operations as needed by the company.
      • Assist in achieving LocaMall’s operational and strategic goals.
      • Collaborate with the team to improve platform functionality and vendor satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in vendor management, marketing, or a related field.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
    • Proficient in using digital platforms and tools.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Must Stay Within Urban Region of Lagos State to Apply.
