    Marketing Executive (Abuja)

    We are inviting applications for the role of Marketing Executives. The main purpose of this position is to find new customers for the company as well as develop and manage effective relationships by providing an excellent customer experience for new and prospective clients.

    Competence (Knowledge/Skills/Abilities)

    Excellent selling skills

    • Proactive with the ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task
    • Detail and results-oriented
    • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office applications esp. Word, Excel, PowerPoint & MS Outlook.
    • Revenue and cost-conscious

    Qualification and Experience

    • Must have experience in the Auto-shipping Industry in Lagos or Abuja
    • A minimum of 1st degree in Marketing or related courses 
    • Master in Marketing-related course is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in Marketing and Sales • Computer literate

    Key Task

    • Focus on developing your portfolio by winning new clients both corporate and individuals.
    • Effectively and efficiently manage all clients within your geographical area,
    • Provide best customer experience to our existing, new, and prospective customers by advising clients on favorable ways of shipping cargos per the weekly shipping schedules and sending requests on time to Head Office for immediate pickups to avoid penalties.
    • Ensure solid record keeping with regards to Order Request Sheet(ORS), customer/client database, master report(weekly&monthly) which will be available to Management by end of the Week/Month.
    • Period clients visit to build relationships and create rapport with our New, Existing & Prospective clients.
    • Ensure proper filing and record-keeping for audit and accounting purposes with regard to transactions within your jurisdiction.
    • Liaise and report all daily issues to Country Director (Ghana) & Head Office(USA) to immediately find solutions to all issues without unnecessary delays.
    • Address all clients’ issues/concerns/challenges without delays.
    • Observe all our workflow manuals with regards to Operations & Marketing processes without compromise.
    • Provide advice and suggestions to clients on how we can help grow, improve and develop their business
