Marketing Operations Manager at U-Connect Human Resources Consulting

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent).
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and online advertising.
• Coordinate campaign lifecycle management with CX and Sales Data Management.
• Implement data privacy and compliance best practices (e.g., NDPR).
• Streamline marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
• Generate regular reports on marketing performance, including key metrics, KPIs, and ROI.
• Work closely with sales, product, and IT teams to align marketing efforts with broader organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• Must have over 5 years experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or a related role in the Middle East and Nigeria.
• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM software.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Certifications in marketing automation platforms are advantageous.
