    Marketing/Sales Executive

    Purpose of the position:  

    Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategic business development and sales plans. Work with the team to research the market for identifying new business opportunities and making sales pitches.

    Key responsibilities & duties

    • Work with the team lead to develop marketing strategies for the company in line with company objectives.
    • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
    •  Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining target market, competitors’ share, strengths and weaknesses.

    Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competition, and potential opportunities in the real estate and construction industry.
    • Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor marketing and sales strategies accordingly.

    Property Promotion:

    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to showcase residential and commercial properties.
    • Create compelling property listings, brochures, and online content to attract prospective buyers or tenants.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
    • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, providing information about properties and construction services.

    Sales Strategies:

    • Devise and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Conduct property tours and presentations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years in similar role. 
    • Good knowledge of Analytics.
    • Good use of Power Point and Excel.
    • Retail marketing & Market Penetration Knowledge.
    • Banking/ Mortgage Institution/ Real Estate Experience.
    • Business Development and Marketing Skills.
    • Credit Administration/ Analysis Knowledge.

    Additional Information

    Renumeration - N200,000 + Percentage on sales.
