    MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) Officer

    • TBSF seeks a highly skilled and experienced MEAL Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of MEAL systems and tools, conduct assessments and evaluations, and ensure accountability and learning across our programs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement MEAL plans, tools, and systems.
    • Conduct assessments, surveys, and evaluations.
    • Analyze and interpret data for program improvement.
    • Develop and implement accountability mechanisms.
    • Facilitate learning and knowledge management.
    • Collaborate with program teams to integrate MEAL into program design.
    • Provide technical support and capacity building to staff.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., statistics,).
    • At least 3 years of experience in MEAL or a related field.
    • Strong knowledge of MEAL principles and practices.
    • Excellent analytical and statistical skills.
    • Proficiency in MEAL software and systems (e.g., SPSS, R, Excel).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
