Job Description

• We are looking for a Media Production Specialist who will be responsible for creating high-quality video and photo content that showcases our properties and brand.
• The ideal candidate will be skilled in video production, photography, and drone operation, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality video and photo content for marketing campaigns, social media, and other platforms.
• Operate drones and other camera/media equipment to capture dynamic and engaging visuals of our properties.
• Edit videos and photos to enhance the visual appeal and align with the company's brand standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and scripts for media content.
• Manage and maintain all video and photography equipment, ensuring they are in excellent working condition.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in video production, photography, and drone usage.
• Work on tight deadlines to deliver content on schedule and meet project goals.
• Assist in live streaming and virtual tours of properties as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Media Production, Film, Photography, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in video production, photography, and drone operation.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Proven experience in creating compelling visual content for various media platforms.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and camera techniques.
• Ability to operate drones safely and in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
