    Medical Patient Collections Officer/Customer Support

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Patient Collections Officer to manage patient billing, ensure timely payments, and provide excellent support. The role requires strong communication skills, a good understanding of medical billing, and a compassionate approach to patient care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage patient accounts and collect overdue payments.
    • Provide clear and empathetic support for billing inquiries.
    • Negotiate payment plans and resolve billing disputes.
    • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in medical billing or patient collections.
    • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
    • Strong phone etiquette and customer service abilities.
    • Familiarity with healthcare billing systems and insurance processes.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
