    Merchandise & Sales Lead

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage merchandise presentation and inventory.
    • Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies.
    • Provide exceptional customer service.
    • Lead and train sales associates.
    • Maintain store cleanliness and organization.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing
    • Visual merchandising and inventory management experience
    • Familiarity with sales analytics tools

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years retail sales experience (leadership role preferred)
    • Proven sales growth track record
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
