Mobile Application Developer at Doheney Services Ltd

Position Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced Mobile App Developer to lead the development and management of the company's mobile application.
• As the lead developer, you will oversee the mobile team, take charge of the full lifecycle of the application, and ensure that the app maintains the highest performance, security, and user experience standards.
• This role is crucial for ensuring that our mobile solutions remain innovative, scalable, and efficient.
• The ideal candidate will have significant expertise in Flutter, mobile app architectures, and the ability to navigate complex Enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the development and enhancement of the Comapny's mobile app, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
• Oversee a team of mobile developers, guiding them through development processes, code reviews, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain Flutter-based mobile applications, utilizing flavors for customized deployment across different environments.
• Collaborate with the backend and design teams to implement new features, ensuring a cohesive end-to-end product experience.
• Manage and optimize app performance, scalability, and security across various platforms (iOS, Android).
• Implement new technologies and stay up-to-date with best practices in mobile development and Enterprise application architecture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring minimal downtime and a flawless user experience.
• Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with Flutter and experience using flavors to handle multiple environments and configurations.
• Strong understanding of mobile architectures and Enterprise-level applications.
• Experience with state management, animations, and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, mobile testing, and performance optimization tools.
• Proven experience managing mobile teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of developers.
• Solid understanding of mobile security best practices and data protection laws.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a mobile app developer using flutter
• Experience with React Native is a plus.
• Previous experience working in health-tech or similar industries is desirable
