    NOC Supervisor

    REQUIREMENTS

    • BSc/HND in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field
    • Proven experience in team leadership and NOC operations
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

    Proficiency in:

    • Microsoft Excel (data analysis and reporting)
    • Microsoft PowerPoint (presentation and visualization)
    • Ability to present complex network reports to both technica and non-technical stakeholders

    About the Role

    • Lead our (NOC) team to ensure seamless network operations
    • Oversee daily NOC activities, providing guidance and support to team members
    • Collaborate with cross- functional teams to drive network excellence and customer satisfaction
    • Present network reports to stakeholders
