    Nurse

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Officer to join our team.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and supporting the professional development of nursing staff.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and manage nursing staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards of care.
    • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in line with hospital standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Coordinate patient care services, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
    • Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff, including mentoring and training.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and facilitate staff development programs.
    • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
    • Manage patient care plans, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and outcomes.
    • Monitor and manage patient satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints.
    • Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • Registered Nurse from an accredited institution.
    • Valid nursing license to practice.
    • Proven experience of 2-3years as a Nursing Officer
    • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and standards.
    • Excellent leadership and management abilities.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team and handle stressful situations with composure.
    • Proficiency with healthcare software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Candidate must be a resident of Ughelli & it’s environs.

    Salary

    • Salary in line with industry standard
