    Office Administrator

    We are looking to hire an experienced and efficient Office Administrator to manage our office operations and support our Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
    • Coordinate and keep track of office events, meetings, and appointments on a regular basis and send out reminders.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications.
    • Maintain and organize office files and records.
    • Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
    • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interview scheduling.
    • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
    • Administer employee benefits and payroll.
    • Ensure staff adherence to relevant company procedures and policies, company dress code, company values and ethos.
    • Oversee the members of the team and ensure staff are compliant with their roles
    • Reviewing and approving office supply requisitions.
    • Assigning and monitoring junior staff functions.
    • Aid with different budgeting and bookkeeping activities (overseeing junior account to ensure role is carried out efficiently).
    • Keep databases in check and ensure they are updated regularly.
    • Ensure the cleaning staff maintain the cleanliness of the office space.
    • Coordinate and participate in office space planning, maintenance, and renovations when necessary.
    • Organize management’s travel and accommodation arrangements.
    • Handle employee inquiries and provide support as needed.
    • Oversee the company's overall logistics, office operations, and company project activities to maximize productivity.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • 2-3 years of experience in office administration.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task effectively.
    • Ability to pay attention to detail.
    • Good time management.
    • Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
    • Good organizational skills.
    • Proficient in calendar management.
