Responsibilities

• ‌Performing general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
• ‌Managing office supplies and inventory.
• ‌Keeping the office area clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
• ‌Running errands such as picking up supplies, deliveries, and other office-related tasks
• ‌Data management duties

Qualifications

• ‌High School Diploma or equivalent.
• ‌Proven experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• ‌Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• ‌Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• ‌Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ‌Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office suite).
