In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing all the office equipment, run company errandsQualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Administration or any other related field.
• Little or no prior experience in office assistant and administration
• Must be a Male

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Very proactive and ready to work

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing clerical activities for the company
• Running errands for the company
• Manage records, budgets, and contracts
• Supervise the office properties and equipments
• Report to the general manager with proper reports
• Attend to the issues of customers
• Other administrative duties as required by the management.
