Operation Manager (Appliances Industry) at Ascentech Services Limited

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of installing and servicing HVAC projects and service agreements.
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
• Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
• Implements quality assurance programs/procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and to strengthen customer relationships.
• Fosters a culture that ensures excellent customer service by confronting issues openly and quickly, and resolving customer complaints/dissatisfaction.
• Manages Project Managers, Supervisor and Technicians and assesses training needs by selecting training programs for team members.
• Challenges others to develop as leaders while clarifying roles and responsibilities.
• Participates in all programs relating to performance evaluations and career development planning
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Improve customer service by attending to customers complaint about the product and services

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
• Candidate must have 5- 6 years of work experience in similar role
• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Experience budgeting and forecasting
• Familiar with business and financial principles
