    Operations Executive

    Job profile:

    The Operations Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of operations within the company. This position requires an individual who is smart, versatile, and proactive in managing various operational aspects of the company. The Operations Executive will oversee office operations, asset management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics, contributing significantly to the overall efficiency and success of the organization. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of project management principles and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING -

    • Ensure effective office operations by overseeing administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating with support staff.
    • Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies and processes and enhance efficiency.
    • Support procurement activities by obtaining quotes, issuing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment for projects.
    • Manage company assets, including equipment and machinery, to ensure they are functional and well-maintained.
    • Ensure all company vehicles have updated papers and are in proper working condition, coordinating with relevant authorities for registrations, insurance, and maintenance.
    • Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, storage optimization, and coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments.
    • Drive operational efficiency by implementing best practices, streamlining processes, and identifying areas for improvement.
    • Assist in maintaining company financial budgets, tracking expenses, and generating financial reports to support decision-making and ensure financial accountability.
    • Facilitate timely and efficient transportation logistics, coordinating vehicle schedules, routes, and driver assignments.
    • Must possess a valid driver's license and be proficient in driving company vehicles as needed.
    • Willingness to travel as required for business purposes, including site visits, client meetings, and supplier interactions.

    YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
    • Proven experience in operations management, supply chain, procurement or a similar role, preferably in the construction or design industry.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams and departments.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to vehicle operations, asset management, and warehouse operations.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    • The role may require occasional work outside of standard business hours to meet project deadlines or address urgent operational issues.

    Salary:

    N200,000.00 monthly
