Operations Lead at Mustard Insights

• Oversee day to day operations, and serve as the primary point of contact for all operational inquiries, issues, and concerns.
• Formulate and implement processes to ensure smooth running of company operations, and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective operations.
• Perform quality controls and monitor key performance indicators.
• Manage client relations, requests, partnerships, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure that the organization’s processes and structures remain legally compliant.
• Identify and resolve any operational bottlenecks.
• Conduct reviews and reports to upper management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field.
• A minimum of three (3) years of proven success in an operations management role.
• Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations, and customer service.
