    Operations Manager

    Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure their guests receive top-notch service. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the hospitality industry and should reside on the island.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage daily operations of the rest lounge, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
    • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
    • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
    • Oversee inventory management and supplier relationships.
    • Analyze operational metrics and implement improvements.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality management or operations.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficient in restaurant management software and POS systems.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
