    Operations Manager

    Responsibilities:

    Process Improvement:

    • Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
    • Develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

    Resource Management:

    • Manage the allocation and utilization of resources such as personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure optimal performance.
    • Lead and develop operations staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

    Supply Chain Management:

    • Oversee the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services.

    Client Relations:

    • Maintain and build strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

    Business Development:

    • Develop and maintain client relationships.
    • Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals.

    Strategic Planning & Project:

    • Shaping business strategy, developing plans, analyzing data, and aligning goals to achieve the company's objectives.

    Administration:

    • Managing an office, fielding inquiries, overseeing office inventory, scheduling meetings, and supervising other department in the company

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in any field from a first-class university
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in banking and finance with exposure and experience in the following (Marketing, Business Development, Operations and Exposure to foreign operations will be an advantage.)
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Confident, charismatic, and results-driven.
