Operations Process Engineer (Fintech) at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary:

• Our client, a leading bank in West Africa is looking to hire Operations Process Engineers who will designs and optimizes operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the organization's operations.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Design and implement optimized processes to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
• Analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address process-related issues
• Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor and measure process performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements
• Provide training and support to staff on new and updated processes.

Requirements: -

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in process engineering or operations management roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Six Sigma).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in process engineering
