    People Services Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Manage employee welfare, safety, wellness and health
    • Creation and management of e-learning Platforms
    • Design and development of HR systems and strategy
    • Support in Recruitment and Talent Management activities
    • Evaluate employee benefits to ensure that they are competitive
    • Manage third party vendors as it relates to Compensation and Benefits
    • Design and develop appropriate KPIs for role positions
    • Responsible for Office and ICT coordination
    • Coordinate and track the Employee Appraisal process, and counseling
    • Manage the employee engagement surveys and team building activities
    • Ensure organization’s compliance with the statutory requirements

    Requirements

    • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Personnel Management or relevant course
    • HR Generalist knowledge and full cycle HR processes
    • 5 years’ experience in Talent acquisition and management
    • Track record of reviewing employees’ benefits offering
    • Candidate must be CIPM certified
    • Excellent communication and analytical skills
    • Must have experience managing diverse teams
    • Ability to develop and manage performance tools, processes and policies
