Planning Performance Management Engineer at Hobark International Limited (HIL)

Job Description

• Support the development of short-term and long-term strategic plans by analyzing production trends, operational performance, and market conditions, providing insights to key stakeholders.
• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across various assets, ensuring alignment with company objectives and identifying areas for improvement.
• Analyze production data, operational data, and trends to provide actionable insights that drive performance and operational efficiency.
• Identify potential risks to asset performance and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure the achievement of company targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline. Masters or higher degree will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in planning, performance management or related in an upstream oil & gas company.
• Strong understanding of planning and performance principles, financial analysis, and strategic planning processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau,) and planning software (e.g., Oracle).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
