    Pre-Sales Lead, Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOPs)

    Key Purpose of Job

    • To drive leads for service management and expand our service management and AIOps deals. Also interacting with leading new ITSM OEM and drive partnership.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Actively develop and progress qualified opportunities for AIOps working with the SA Sales teams.
    • Act as a deep technical expert in Service Management and AIOps opportunities and leverage your experience to make presales engagements successful.
    • Collaborate with other internal SA teams to drive unmatched customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain an understanding of the client’s industry, including industry trends.
    • Collaborate with SA sales teams to define, design, and detail the technical aspects and feasibility of proposed solutions.
    • Support customer technical escalations, on-site health checks, best practice sharing, designing solutions, and answer technical questions throughout the sales process in order to identify/progress/close sales and develop customer relationships.

    Anticipated Outcomes of Role

    • Achieve an annual target of at least $750,000.00.
    • Work with the existing team and bring them up to speed on skillset gap and mitigation.
    • Establish new OEM partnership with (AppDynamics) and other viable OEM.

    Requirements
    Education:

    • Good First Degree in any discipline

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in ITSM Presales role.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience of being a team lead.

    Professional Membership/Certifications:

    • ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF amongst other
    • Compensationis very attractive: HMO, Pension, Bonus, etc all inclusive.

    Knowledge:

    • Business value chain/business verticals within the technology space
    • Industry product knowledge
    • Clear understanding and knowledge of B2B Business environment
    • Ability to present to a C-Suite audience.
    • Ability to prepare a ITSM related customer journey plan for our clients
