What You'll Do:

• Design and deliver engaging, comprehensive lesson plans across various subjects
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing individualized support and feedback
• Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and support staff to promote student success
• Participate in school-wide events, activities, and professional development opportunities

What We're Looking For:

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field
• Experience: Prior teaching experience at the primary school level preferred
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of primary education curriculum and teaching strategies
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students
  • Patience, adaptability, and a positive demeanor
  • Proficiency in classroom management and student engagement techniques
  • Open to learning and posses a growth mindset
