    Product Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan, coordinate, and manage products from inception to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR consultants, IT professionals, and other stakeholders, to gather requirements and define project deliverables.
    • Work closely with the software developers to ensure products are delivered.
    • Utilize project management tools and techniques to monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
    • Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
    • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and capture best practices.
    • Lead the creation and development of solid brand strategies to grow brand market share, volume/value, and profitability.
    • Drive product development by analysing the company's resources and technological assets to develop the required product line.
    • Develop a product strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
    • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the ICT, consulting, and telecommunications industry.
    • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, or related fields.
    • Proven experience managing projects involving software development, IT infrastructure, or other technical components.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
    • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
