    Product Marketing Manager

    Position Overview

    • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible in supporting the head of Marketing to develop and executing marketing strategies that effectively communicate the value proposition of our IT products and services.
    • This role requires close collaboration with product development and sales teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with business goals.

    Key Responsibilities
    Product Positioning:

    • Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with IT decision-makers, enhancing product visibility and market appeal.

    Go-to-Market Strategy:

    • Create and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches in the B2B IT sector, driving successful market entry and customer acquisition.

    Sales Enablement:

    • Develop sales tools and materials, including presentations, brochures, and case studies, to support the sales team in effectively communicating product benefits to prospective clients.

    Market Research:

    • Conduct market research to understand the needs of IT leaders and refine product messaging to ensure it addresses key pain points and opportunities in the market.

    Competitive Analysis:

    • Analyze competitors’ products and marketing strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation, ensuring our products stand out in a crowded market.

    Campaign Management:

    • Lead and manage marketing campaigns that highlight the unique value of our products to IT decision-makers, driving engagement, leads, and sales.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • 2-3 years of experience in product marketing within a B2B IT environment.
    • Certifications such as Certified Product Marketing Manager (CPMM), Pragmatic Marketing Certification (PMC), or HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification are preferred.
    • Strong understanding of market research, product positioning, and competitive analysis.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
    • Experience working closely with sales teams and creating effective sales enablement materials.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for innovative marketing approaches.
