Scope and Impact

• The Product performance Analyst is responsible for analyzing the performance of our financial products and services to ensure they are meeting the needs of our clients and driving revenue growth, their work significantly impacts the success of the business and the financial well-being of clients.

Job Summary

• The role of the Product performance Analyst encompasses working with the product team, sales and marketing team and all other stakeholders within the organization to ensure that products are meeting the needs of our clients and driving revenue growth.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing the performance of our financial products and services, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to improve their performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business decisions
• Provide regular updates on product performance to stakeholders across the company
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track product performance metrics
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize product performance
• Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify emerging trends and customer needs
• Develop strategies to improve the performance of underperforming products
• Develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals and customer needs
• Collaborate with the product development team to identify areas for product improvement and development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that improve product performance
• Monitor competitor activity and identify areas for product differentiation
• Work with the sales and marketing team to develop effective product marketing strategies
• Analyze customer feedback and recommend improvements to products and services

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or related field
• A Master's Degree in any related field is an added advantage.
• Data science/data analytic certification is an added advantage
• 3+ years of experience in product analysis, product performance analysis, product management or any related field.

Job Knowledge:

• Experience in product performance analysis, product management or related field
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques
• Familiarity with data visualization tools
• Understanding of financial products and services
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
