Production Supervisor for Structural Work at African Industries Group (AIG)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate structural work production, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Supervise and lead a team of fabricators, welders, and assemblers.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, regulations, and quality control measures.
• Plan and schedule production, managing workflows, and allocating resources.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and develop training plans.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to resolve issues and improve processes.

Education and Certifications

• HND, B.Eng.

Required Skills:

• Experience in structural work production, fabrication, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, regulations, and quality control measures.
