    Project Administrator

    Responsibilities

    • Define the scope of the project in collaboration with Management.
    • Create a detailed work plan which identifies the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
    • Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project.
    • Review the project schedule with Management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required.
    • Present to management and stakeholders’ reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
    • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
    • Evaluate and assess the result of the project.
    • Build and Maintain good relationships with stakeholders and school management
    • Effective and close monitoring of project locations and the project team to ensure every project location is efficient and running at all times and project activities such as the hub curriculum is effectively delivered in the experience centers
    • Schedule monthly training for all project teams.
    • Ensure company assets in the project locations are accounted for and are in good working conditions such as laptops, generators, smart projectors, etc.
    • Represent the company at external meetings/events, represent the department at internal meetings/events
    • Promote sales and marketing of the Company’s branded products
    • Source for new business opportunities for the Company
    • Coordinate sales of the company’s products.
    • Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.
    • Write reports on the project for management, and prepare financial statements and supporting documentation.
    • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
    • Constantly share innovative and creative ideas with Management that will enable the company to compete globally
    • Carry out all other duties as assigned by Management.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 6 - 12 years relevant work experience.
