    Project Coordinator, TB / HIV Integrated Project

    Job Description

    • The Project Coordinator will provide technical support and leadership to the TB/HIV Integrated Project under the supervision of the Director of Program.
    • The role involves monitoring project progress, supervising field officers, preparing project documentation, and ensuring effective implementation and reporting of activities.

    Specific Responsibilities
    Under the supervision of the Director of Program, the Project Coordinator will:

    • Provide technical support to the grant including monitoring of progress of activities
    • Monitor the key performance indicators and report weekly/monthly to the Program Director
    • Supervise the field officers/state team and give weekly update to Program Director.
    • Prepare concept note, work plan for project activities
    • Review reports from the states and provide feedback.
    • Keep abreast of development in grant/Program changes and progress in order to advise and recommend tools and strategies to increase Program performance and results.
    • Carry out any other assignment given by the Program Director and the management.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Applicants must have a University Degree in any of the following fields: Medicine, Public Health, Pharmacy, Social Sciences and a master’s degree in public health.

    Required Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria programmes in developing countries.
    • Working experience with Global Fund, USAID or any other international donor-funded programs is desirable.
    • Applicant’s experience must reflect the knowledge, skills and abilities listed above.
