JOB DUTIES / DESCRIPTION

• Prepare project charter/governance document and create project office and project team.
• Do stakeholder mapping and understand each person\'s role within the project lifecycle using RACIE model
• Create long and short-term plans, including scheduling, setting targets for milestones, and adhering to deadlines.
• Create project budget and ensure cost effectiveness of the project implementation.

QUALIFICATION / TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Bsc in Business, or related field is required
• Ability to formulate policies,procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Ability to manage projects and ability to evaluate and implement changes in programs.
• Ability to organise, evaluate, and present and communicate information effectively, both orally and in writing
• Ability to work independently within frameworks, policies and budgets.
• Creative ability to understand business needs and connect to target sponsor requirement.
• Strong leadership, organizing and self-management capabilities.
