Project Sales Executive at Fadac Resources

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed to ensure project success.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Find project as targeted; approach to contractor/developer/architect/design interior.
• Follow up progress in pipeline project.
• Monitor proposal bid and conversion rate from project specification in pipeline.
• Establish new customers and maintain the existing customers.
• Develop, negotiate, and close tender/contract term.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design Interior, Design Graphics or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of working experience in the same field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skill
• Strong in sales and target oriented.
