Project Supervisor at BOG Interiors

About the Position:

• As Project Supervisor, you are organised and love to take the lead in excellent delivery of projects within set deadlines. You are responsible to ensure that all our design projects are executed excellently and according to specifications.
• This means you will be working with diverse stakeholders including literate and semi-literate craftsmen, artisans and suppliers; clients and the design team.

Job Description:

• Lead meetings with vendors, artisans, suppliers to source for needed design elements.
• Supervise production work or artisan service delivery.
• Lead inspection of onsite artisan work from project start to completion.
• Communicate updates on project progress- pictures, videos or site tours to design team and clients.
• Carry out quality checks and ensure adjustments/corrections are implemented.
• Lead/supervise onsite installation and styling.
• Take notes of client feedback on project installation, carry out final quality checks and ensure client feedbacks are adapted.
• Run client through after-project maintenance.
