QA Tester at Doheney Services Ltd

Position Overview:

• We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous QA Tester with a passion for delivering high-quality health-tech applications.

• The QA Tester will work closely with development teams to identify, document, and resolve bugs or issues, ensuring that our users have a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and execute comprehensive testing strategies for our health-tech applications.
• Perform both manual and automated testing to identify bugs, performance issues, and potential user experience improvements.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to understand project goals and create test cases based on project requirements.
• Write detailed and accurate bug reports, ensuring clear communication of issues to the development team.
• Verify bug fixes and conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains unaffected.
• Perform load testing, stress testing, and security testing to ensure applications meet performance and security standards.
• Provide feedback on product functionality, usability, and overall user experience.
• Ensure that testing processes align with industry standards and healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA compliance.
• Continuously improve testing processes, identifying tools and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in manual and automated testing (Postman Scripts, Cypress, Selenium and Appium) in the software development lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of health-tech applications and the importance of data security and privacy in this industry.
• Proficiency in writing clear, comprehensive, and detailed test plans and test cases.
• Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing valuable feedback to developers.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to focus on quality assurance with a sense of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the healthcare sector or testing health-related applications.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and other relevant healthcare data regulations
